You can include information about your business, and many items for a fixed price that will not be included in the eBay auctions or listings. It is basically an online store hosted by eBay. You can list whatever you want, as long as you want, and for a fixed price.

Featured- $49.95/Month
Comes with a free subscription to Selling Manager Pro, Advanced Store traffic reporting, Advanced Store sales reports, increased exposure on eBay, promotional dollars to be spent on the eBay Keywords program, and up to ten customizable pages
Anchored- $499.95/Month
Includes all listed in the Featured package, also has 24 hour customer support, and 15 customizable pages
Listing fees-
Fees are charged per listing, and for the length of time they are listed. Quantity has no effect on the listing fee.
*Listed items will not appear in the eBay’s main searches*
